Training - Gender Biases Against Women
As part of Gender Equality Plan MU (GEP), a training session focused on the issue of gender stereotypes.
During December 2022, information sessions on the HR Award/HRS4R SCI MUNI strategy were held. We reviewed all areas of the action plan that have already been implemented as of 2019 and presented additional tasks to focus on in the next period. Time has also been devoted to the schedule of preparation for the Renewal of certification in 2024 and the Site Visit procedure. Two meetings were held in person at Kotlářská and Kampus, one online, in both Czech and English and attended by about 50 participants.

All employees have an opportunity to contribute personally to the development of the new faculty HR strategy - they are welcome to join the Researcher Focus Group - Opinion Makers, whose members are active in several faculty working groups. In May 2024, we launched an analytical phase of the project "Introducing a Flexible Working Culture and a Support System for Parents on Maternity and Parental Leave into the Working Environment of the MU Faculty of Science" as part of the Employment Plus Operational Programme (OPZ+). This phase includes a gender equality audit, featuring structured individual and group interviews with our employees, led by an auditor.
